While we do our best to keep inventory up to date on this site, occasionally a product may be back ordered or out of stock. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you to offer a refund or replacement.

Returns must be received within 30 (thirty) days of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted if in unused condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds or store credit will be issued within 3 (three) business days once we have posession of the item.

No refunds on custom tack or saddles, store credit only.

In Stock saddles are subject to a $500 restocking fee.
